  This product comes with a support magnet, and two ribbons (repackaged, so second-hand). I started to print a few labels, and found that the letters do not print that in the lower part of the ribbon, regardless of the size and style of writing chosen. The writing remains legible, but appears as a "flattened" towards the bottom. The ribbons being started, I did not envision the return of the product. It is a shame. I have always hesitated to order this type of product on the net, but for the price, I'm left to try, and no regrets. These are the actual cartridges, Epson, and they work perfectly well.
